– The basis of the universal mobile base for storage and transportation of equipment is a frame made of high-strength anodized aluminum profile AlMgSi 6060 T6 (GOST 22233-2001) with a section of 40x40mm.
– The side shields of the case are made of 2mm thick aluminum and covered with a durable layer of powder paint.
– The tabletop is solid-milled, 6mm thick, the corners are rounded with a radius of 40mm.
– A 1.5mm chamfer is made along the entire contour of the tabletop.
– Finished with a hardwearing lacquer finish.
– In end parts of the case of laboratory the rubberized handles are located.
– On the side panel of the laboratory there are toggle switches for turning on/off the PC, an air recirculator and a lock for a single drawer locking system.
– The residual current device is located in a compartment hidden under a hinged magnetized cover at the end of the laboratory case, designed for laying the network cable in the transport position.
– The frame of the mobile base is mounted on a roller chassis presented in the form of 4 freely orientable wheels with a brake and a turn lock.
– The wheels are covered with a wear-resistant layer of polyurethane with a diameter of 80mm ensures a smooth ride on any hard floor surfaces.
– The wheel bracket is made of stainless steel and is resistant to adverse environmental conditions. The wheel swivel assembly rotates 360 degrees in the free position.
