The experimental setup can be used to measure the intensity of thermal radiation emitted by an object with a given temperature. The setup consists of three main components: a Leslie cube with four different radiation surfaces (black surface, white surface, smooth aluminum surface, and rough aluminum surface), a lamp, and a radiation measurement sensor.
Inside the cube is a lamp that acts as a heat source and a thermistor that measures the temperature inside the cube. The radiation sensor has three levels of measurement/amplification (1x, 2.x and 4x). The lamp and radiation sensor are mounted on a guide rail with a scale, making it easy to track distance and displacement.
