This simulator is designed to teach the principles of operation of a three-phase synchronous motor and a DC machine as a motor and generator.
Students will learn what the different characteristics of a three-phase synchronous machine or a compound DC machine are and how they affect the operation of an engine or generator.
The simulator is equipped with a digital power meter to measure electrical quantities.
An electric machine can be connected to another machine by means of a coupling.
The current protection panel is suitable for providing ground-fault protection.
Circuit breaker operating current 30 mA with indicator lamp.
A graphic symbol and technical data are printed on the panel.
All inputs and outputs on each panel are equipped with protected connectors and safe 4 mm jumper wires and jumpers.
